Lisa was born as Pranpriya Manoban, but after consulting a fortune teller when she was a child, she changed her name to become "Lalisa" (means the one who is praised).

— As a child, Lisa was part of a dance group called "We Zaa Cool" with GOT7's BamBam, and won various dance competitions together.

— Lisa once participated in a dance camp named 'ToBeNo. 1' with other We Zaa Cool team members (including GOT7's Bambam). When the trainer gave out the song to choreograph, she was the one who created 70% of the choreography.

— GOT7's BamBam is her best friend since they were kids and are still best friend today.

— Lisa said she wanted to be a K-pop idol because she liked and idolized K-pop. She would always bring around a folder covered with K-pop lyrics. And then she thought to herself "Oh, I wanna be like them", so she took an audition at YG when YG was holding auditions in Thailand.

— There were 2 rounds of auditions. In the first round, participants were required to send a singing/dancing video (September 29 - October 29). Lisa was one of 30 people who passed and performed in the second round at the Sathorn Heritage Hotel on November 13, 2010. And Lisa was the only chosen from 4000 people.

— Lisa joined the company on 10 April 2011, Lisa had vocal lessons in Thailand before she flew to Korea and started her trainee days.

— Lisa was only 14 years old when she travelled alone to South Korea to become a YG trainee.

— In order to learn Korean quickly, Lisa wasn't allowed to speak in English with others (staff and members).

— Lisa said watching K-dramas helped her a lot to learn Korean. She also likes Goblin so much.

— During trainee evaluations, Lisa would get A's for everything.

— Lisa was initially trained as a vocalist, but changed to rap later.

— Lisa was getting vocal lessons even before entering YG. She was supposed to debut as "lead vocalist" and she was the vocalist of pink punk. BLACKPINK members mentioned that Lisa is the best at harmonizing. Also she's the only member who holds 3 positions (dance, rap, vocal) in the group.

— Lisa is the one who's in charge of the choreography during BLACKPINK's trainee days for 5 years.

— on 11 May 2012, Lisa was introduced through the "WHO'S THAT GIRL" video, it is a dance practice video and LisaBAR (Lisa's Chinese fanbase) was established since then.

— Lisa participated in Taeyang's MV 'Ringa Linga' alongside various YG artists such as BIGBANG's G-Dragon, iKON's B.I and Bobby, and WINNER's Mino.

— on 8 June 2016, Lisa was the 2nd member who was introduced as part of BLACKPINK.

— on 6 July 2016 with BLACKPINK's BBHMM dance practice revealed for the first time.

— BLACKPINK finally debuted on 8 August 2016 with Boombayah and Whistle. Until now, Whistle remains as the song that Lisa feels the most connected to.

— During her pre-debut days, Lisa has quite a lot of fans. When Thai-fans accidentaly met her in Hongdae, Lisa asked them to take a pic with her because she was so happy.

— A Laos woman has ever met Lisa before she debuted. After debut, Lisa also sent the signed SQUARE UP album to her.

— Lisa has fans even before debut and they celebrated Lisa birthday on twitter with hashtag and Lisa's friend tweeted, "Somebody has been lurking the hashtag for long. Don't you go sleep yet Already 3 AM. #HappyLaliceday." means that Lisa see the hashtag.

— During trainee days, Jennie was her roommate.

— Lisa is truly a life saver. At their old dorm, there were plenty of cockroaches. Lisa was the one who caught it and put it in a glass, but it snuck out and ran into Lisa's room. So, everyone escaped and left her alone to catch it.

— Lisa used to have grass-like short hair. She thought she looked too boyish so she wanted a more girl-like style. So, she made a very small ponytail on top of her head, and on good days she would make 2. Jisoo has a picture of a dragonfly landing on Lisa's little strand ponytail.

— Lisa and Jisoo used to travel around together a lot when they were trainees.

— Lisa joined Thai Songkran day until she was 12 years old, then her mom didn't let her join anymore because it was dangerous.

— Daddy Marco said when Lisa was very young, she had a pet rabbit, a hamster and a white mouse.

— In 2007 when Lisa was 10 years old, she was on the cover of Junior Magazine after winning Thailand's Junior Talent Search 2007.

— Lisa said in one of her interviews that she can play guitar and she learnt it from Rosé during their trainee days.

— Lisa once played the ukulele during a vlive, Jisoo said during trainee days, Lisa spent her holidays alone at the dorm because she couldn't go back to Thailand, while others spent time with their family, so the CEO gave Lisa allowance and she pent it all to buy a ukulele, it is said Lisa has had it for 5 years already (the vlive is from 2017). iKON's Jinhwan once played her ukulele and sharing it on his ig (some sources said that Lisa give that ukulele to him).

— based on V live, Lisa may not be a professional nor do we know what level she can play each instrument at, but these are some of the instruments that she enjoys and she has the talent of playing piano and keyboards.

— a yg ex-trainee said about Lisa, "I really really really really like her. She's very friendly and approachable, she doesn't sedulously strive for interpersonal relationships but her popularity and relationships with others is great and well received. She isnt the normal type of trainee that only focuses on trying really hard in work rather she's someone who can strike a proper balance between work and rest. Knowing her for so many years, i havent seen her showing any negativity in her emotions and moodiness. Occasionally, if there's tension on the teams and the atmospheres is not good that day, she would stay silent by the side and refraining herself from speaking, she really doesn't like to trouble others to the point she would try to avoid herself being involved/caught in any embarrassing/ awkward/difficult circumstances that hard to deal with (or something that inconvenience for others)."

— Leo, Lisa's favorite cat is a scottish fold. Leo was born on February 9, 2018. He always woke Lisa up so she wasn't late to her schedule.

— After Leo, Lisa adopted a ragdoll cat and named him as Luca (birth date = June 8, 2018). Although Lisa didn't want to waste Luca's visual, she married Luca to jennie_nyanya's cat, then Lily and Mingus were born (June 14, 2018). Lisa take Lily and jennie_nyanya take Mingus.

— Lisa's last cat, Louis was adopted to accompany Leo. He was born on August 2019. His breed is birtish shorthair.

— Her cats is her happy pils. Lisa said she looks at her cats when she feels down to feel better.

— on 15 October 2019, Lisa was invited to become a dance mentor on season 2 of Youth With You (chinese survival show for idols).

— LilifilmOfficial was made on 25 October 2018 and released to the public on 5 November 2018. Lisa's YouTube account is dedicated to her passions expressed through the camera.

— @/lalalalisa_m IG made on 14 June 2018 and she made her first post on 15 June 2018. She is now the most followed kpop idol.

— Lisa opened a Weibo account on 11 January 2020. Her first ever post was on 18 January 2020.

— Lisa's first solo fashion event was on 13 Sept 2018, Lisa attended NYFW for Michael Kors for the first time by herself.

— Lisa has a large collection of cameras, from instant cameras to polaroids. Her most recent obsession is with film cameras, she'll always bring one wherever she goes.
