'''iKON''', is a South Korean 7-member boy group formed in 2015 by YG Entertainment. The group's name derives from the intent to become an 'icon for Korea', hence the 'K'.

Through a total of 2 survival programs (WIN: Who is Next? In 2013 and MIX & MATCH in 2014) YG Entertainment trainees competed to become iKON members. In September 15, 2015, iKON made their debut with the pre-release song '<nowiki/>''My Type''<nowiki/>'. ''<nowiki/>'My typeType''' reached the Nono. 1 All-Kill in the chart charts and enters the roof hits Roof Hits at the time of release and records the 18th roof hitsRoof Hits. After that, iKON won various new awards at the awards ceremony, including the Mnet Asian Music Awards, New Male Award, Melon MelOn Music AwardAwards, New Music Award, and Golden Disk Awards, and Digital Music Division New Music Award.

In 2018, '<nowiki/>''Love scenarioScenario''<nowiki/>', achieved the first real-time Melon NoMelOn no. 1 at midnight on the 5th of February, the first in real time for 43 days, and the first in daily chart for 40 days. 1st weekly chart for 6 consecutive weeks, 1st monthly chart for 2 consecutive months. From 4:00 on February 14 to 19:00 on March 5, iKON was ranked #1 in real time for 460 hours. iKON ranked first in real time for a cumulative 911 hours. Also, iChart PAK (Perfect All -Kill). It was the first idol group song to ever reach this milestone with a total of 204 PAKs. On March 10, 2018, they had their last music broadcast that recorded 11 crowns, they won multiple triple crowns on music shows because of the song. '<nowiki/>''Love scenarioScenario''<nowiki/>' spread rapidly among preschoolers and elementary school students from across the country, and had the '''Love scenarioScenario''<nowiki/>' syndrome and came to the point where schools banned the song from being played. It won the Grand Prize at the 2018 Melon MelOn Music Awards and Golden Disk Awards and other daesang awards. In addition, it ranked Nono. 1 in the 2018 annual charts of various sound music source sites including Melon MelOn and Gaon. iKON won multiple awards whuch no other groups could ever achieve, the SWOTY SOTY which means SONG WRITER OF THE YEAR Songwriter Of The Year that was awarded to KIM HANBIN, the RECORD PRODUCTION OF THE YEAR, in conclusion iKON is Kim Hanbin and the bestRecord Production Of The Year.
