In 2004, her family moved and raised her in Melbourne, Australia. Her father took her to an audition of YG Entertainment in Australia, unexpectedly she get the first position.
She came to South Korea at young age to be a trainee. She used to lived in a dorm with three other female trainees. Now, she is third of the most followed Kpop Idol on Instagram, she has 29,8M 30M followers.
Recently, she was announced as the first Global Ambassador in 59 history of 'Yves Saint Laurent' (YSL).
