Mina Myoui (名井 南 MyōiMina, Hangul: 미나, born March 24, 1997), known mononymously mostly as Mina, is a Japanese singer and dancer based in South Korea. She is a member of the girl group Twiceas a supporting vocalist and main dancer. Mina Myoui was born to a Japanese couple in San Antonio, formed Texas, USA and grew up in Kobe, Japan. She has one older brother named Kai Myoui. Mina studied ballet for eleven years before joining Urizip Dance School for more modern dance training. In 2013, she was scouted by a JYP Entertainment staff member while shopping with her mother and was invited to join JYP EntertainmentGlobal.
