Asahi is a quirky oddball of the group, as he has a very introverted personality and an endlessly surprising spurt of humor and jokes. This was characterized through his LINE character, a robot named Hi-kun, which was also a nickname of his.

- He likes all colors.
- Playing with children in general and his lil sister back in his hometown specifically.

- He doesn't like tomatoes but he asked a young girl child to try it in a Treasure map Season 2 episode.
- He is one of lightest (weighs the least) TREASURE members, members joke his weight to be 20 kilograms, since he is lifted so easily. He got man handled by members a lot, they almost treat him like a pretty play doll 😭
- He is quite 🆒😎 and not easily scared when he has to go through a frightening situations, bungee jumping , roller coaster 🎢, haunted house🏚️, etc. <br /> - Asahi said he wanted to modeling for a Japanese beer brand named the same as his. The members was a laughing mess in the interview. And later, in their T-map webdrama, 'It's ok, it's friendship', he played the son of a beer company 😄🎉, he was one step closer to his wish ㅋㅋㅋㅋ.
