The Support event advertisement is created using designs made directly by fans. Please submit your ad design by the final day of the support (fundraising) period. The selected design will be chosen through review and used for the advertisement. Winners will receive Ever Hearts. (Winners will be notified individually) Ad size & file format: Please refer to the Ad Production Guide Submit your design to: ad@myloveidol.com [Important Notes] - The email address above is for ad submissions only and does not accept inquiries. - Once a support project is created, it cannot be canceled. - Diamonds used for support will be automatically refunded if the fundraising fails. - Diamonds used to open the support are non-refundable, even if the fundraising fails. - Fundraising must be completed at least 30 days before the anniversary date. - If no design is submitted within the fundraising period, a default design will be used. - Even selected designs may be modified to meet advertising review guidelines. - The selected design will include a CHOEAEDOL QR code image; changes or cancellations due to this are not permitted. - The advertisement may be canceled due to circumstances on the advertiser’s side. - If the ad is canceled due to full booking, equipment issues, or maintenance, it will be replaced with an alternative ad or refunded in Diamonds. - The creator is solely responsible for all legal matters related to image usage and content.
