We take serious measures to counter multi-accounts abuse.

Any users who create and abuse multiple accounts, their original and other related accounts will be banned.

Users who are discovered creating and abusing multiple accounts would be banned from our app. We will not recover their banned accounts.

We will also not process any refund requests for those users.
