Recently we did a major update on our App and with that, we changed our name.

Before, it was 'K-pop Star', but now it is 'CHOEAEDOL'!

1. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

'CHOEAEDOL' is a the written version of Korean Word, '최애돌'

(CHOE AE) stands for 'favorite' and then (DOL) stands for Idol.

So combined together, CHOEAEDOL stands for

'My Favorite Idol'.

2. HOW DO I PRONOUNCE IT?

'AE' is pronounced the same as the phonetic alphabet [æ]. 'DOL' is just [d(ə)l] as an English word, 'idol'. For 'CHOE', pronouncing it as [Cheh] or [CHAE] will make a fairly similar sound.

To sum up, CHOEAEDOL is pronounced like this.
